Looking for more time in the woods? Forest Explorers is a nature-based enrichment program for preschool-aged children who are ready to spend extended time exploring, playing, and connecting outdoors.
Designed to complement existing preschool schedules, this gentle, child-led program gives little ones the chance to follow their curiosity through seasonal play, sensory experiences, and forest discovery. Each morning includes unhurried time in nature, a morning meeting, story time, and invitations to investigate the world around us—whether it’s building fairy houses, splashing in puddles, or observing bugs and birds.
Rooted in the rhythms of the year and guided by relationships, Forest Explorers offers a nurturing space for connection, creativity, and confidence to grow.
What's Included

Daily materials activities and learning, such as paints, buckets, shovels, hammers, fabrics, etc...

Class Size
We keep our class sizes small, with one teacher to every four children. This ensures every student is well looked after, keeping them safe, and getting the attention they may need.
Weather
Our classes run through all types of weather, making rain, snow, and sun all a part of our learning and play. If dangerous weather is in the forecast, families are informed of an alternative drop-off for that day, such as the town Library.
